on Kish Bank Home Equity FlexLines of Credit
Offer valid on applications taken Sept. 1 to Nov. 30, 2019, is subject to credit approval and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Property insurance is required and flood insurance may be required. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 4.75% and is accurate as of 09/19/19. APR based on $10,000 new borrowings, with a LTV of 80% or less and specific to a property search on one (1) parcel, and auto-drafting from a Kish account. The interest rate is the National Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal and is variable. Maximum interest rate is 21% or maximum allowed by law. The term of the loan is 25 years; during the first 10 years, the loan is a revolving line of credit, and after the first 10 years, the loan is converted to a 15-year installment loan. The minimum monthly payment is $40 during the revolving line of credit period. A termination fee to recover closing costs will be charged if the account is closed within the first 36 months after opening. Fees to establish the plan are generally $350 with a property evaluation and can increase to $785 with a full appraisal. A transfer fee of $100 is assessed when a flex installment is established.
