Amazon Email Scam Alert
Kish Bank has been made aware of an email-based phishing scam designed to trick individuals into providing billing information by impersonating an Amazon customer service email. The email claims to have "placed a hold" on the individual's Amazon account until the individual verifies their billing information via a link embedded in the email.
Please be advised that although this email may look and sound legitimate, it is an attempt to collect your personally identifiable information that is linked to your payment type. If you receive such an email, do not click on any links embedded within the email or provide any information in response.
